Nothing actually. Never thought would experience this after joining this company. This company does not pay the employees for months though the employee would give 100% of his effort.

Every time owner would promise a date for the salary but when the date will come then the owner will not pick the phone , will not answer the messages or mails. 4. There is no any such thing to like.

There is no any initiative taken by their side. Salary issue is there even they received complete payment from client. They charge payment for relieving letter even completing notice period. I am very afraid that such contract has been given by Reliance JIO, a reputed company.

There is no job security. If you are on leave during your salary credit date , then your salary will never be credited until your back from leaves. Even if you have taken prior approval of your holidays. The company doesn’t trust there employees n so do employees. Also either you leave the company or company fires you. There is no in between. It is very difficult for anyone to get a relieving letter from this company or get any reference checks done after you leave the company .

It is very great to work here as all the team members are corporative. Everybody treat each employee with respect And you have better opportunities to grow skills here

No Negative thing happens in this organization. Everything is good.
