Nothing likes to here full of politics. Hr and Head of operations running company with full politics. Better to join somewhere else.

Most of here Dislike. HR never provide any needed document on time. Never seen messages on Teams. Head of operation with Zero knowledge always interfering in development team. Dot Net team lead here just cause of his friend is Head of operation.
