Company culture is not employee centric , they are money minded and micromanagement company. Only money is expected from employees and they will fool/loot you easily with anonymous terms in contract. Many things not mentioned in the employer contract and it will suddenly come as surprise. I will give last preference to join techcarrot if I have options.

...y to make black money to white...You will regret every second you spent there... they don't give you salary, end-of-service benefits and notice period salary..

...e.This is a outsourcing company which deploys candidates in different companies.Salary comes on 5th of every month.They have some projects in house but they are very less.

As such no benefits. 1. Salary comes on 5th of every month. 2.21 days holidays which is very less. 3. No other benefits like spouse visa or medical is not provided.

They tell they are brand like Infosys,wipro , etc. but small in number , in reality they have less projects and if client escalates anything they fire without giving any other opportunity like wipro, Infosys, so i say they are not a brand like big MNC's , they just need money.

This company has the most **toxic, micromanaged, and suffocating** work environment you could ever imagine. - **Religious Bias:** If you're **not Muslim**, be prepared to **work like a slave during Ramadan** while getting **zero respect** for your own festivals. Fairness? Equality? They don’t exist here! - **Pathetic Leadership:** The **CEO is the most negative and uninspiring** person ever. The guy wouldn’t recognize good leadership or company culture even if it slapped him in the face. - **Zero Work-Life Balance:** You’re expected to be at your desk at **8 AM sharp**, no flexibility, no consideration, just a **lifeless routine**. - **Joke of a Break Policy:** Officially, you get **30 minutes of break for the entire day**. Blink twice, and it’s gone. - **Toxic Culture:** Dare to speak up? You’ll instantly be labeled as a “negative” person spreading “negativity.” Basically, shut up and suffer. Overall, unless you **hate yourself**, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this hellhole at all costs. **There are far better places to work where you’ll actually be treated like a human being.**
