Initially the job was good for me as I needed this job and workload was manageble. Work from home also gave convenience.Work and office culture is fine but growth in career is almost negligible. Yearly appraisal is also very poor and very low .I didn't find any motivation to go on as there are no monetary benefits as per the workload given to employees.

It used to be a good company till it was sold to the other companies.

No increments and to meet the core ratio mass layoffs have been done still missing the target Everyone is scared and blame game is on top if anything goes wrong.

You get decent technical exposure, free cab drop at night.

Awful career growth, there are people sitting in the organisation from last 15 years. For you to move ahead these people have to leave which wont happen. Starting packages are very puny. Unnecessary office politics which just makes the work environment unbearable.
