As the company grew, our initial benefits got reduced as it happens with many companies. If your project, for which you’re hired gets over, you might end up in a project where you might not like the Tech Stack, as Tech9 is a service based Startup, they’ve different types of projects.

Very terrible management, they play politics with you before terminating you by putting false performance allegations. No job security and seniors will act to be helpful but will play politics against you

Awesome place to work. You would not find you are working in a company. You will feel like you are working for yourself. The company has open culture and company welcomes lot of new ideas as well as it gives independence to each and every employee to work as they want

Company management is very nice. Down to earth managing this company. They are very open and truely following their moto of #TechHappily. They are open to listen even feedback. They have good employee friendly policies.

As such Tech9 is good firm. I came across a bad client environment. But Tech9 could hardly do anything about that. So it was just a bad luck. I can think of working again in Tech9 in future.

Honestly, Tech9 has set the benchmark for me, if I ever plan to change over to another organisation. They have had the best company culture I have seen yet, company policies that are fair and put the employee needs on top priority, compensation as good if not better than the market, job appreciation and so on.
