As a software engineer, I began my career here. The environment is excellent, with everyone being very helpful and supportive. There is no excessive pressure or burden.

Dislikes

...lly had a positive experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, there are slight delays in salary payments by 2-3 days, the appraisal period sometimes gets extended by 1-2 months, and there are fewer fun activities and company trips than I would prefer.

Nothing. HR is unprofessional and founder not having any knowledge about technology. Placed undergraduate family person on COO position.

Dislikes

Too much politics. Not giving salary and salary hike. Even after doing over work no appreciation. Fire people any time.

...MD is friendly in nature, he used to play Volleyball, cricket with employees. 4.Job Security is very plus point here, if you are performing well (obviously company pay for ur skills),Many people are working here since 10 years , some since 5-6 years. 5. You will learn lots of things, because u will get a chance to work on variety of projects.

Dislikes

1. Growing skills over a period of time is only negative here, Because they dont adapt new technologies at the earliest, they dont focus on Code quality, they just only want work to be done, No one will ask you until client gives technology specific requirements. My advice to Management is please focus on these areas.

1. No respect for employees by CEO. 2. Your computer screen is always under CCTV surveillance so no faith in employees. 3. Not paying Gratuity payment. I filed a case in Labour Commissioner Court Mohali, PB. and next hear is as on 31/01/2024. 4. Senior Salaries are always late even your Company is earning too good. 5. To bad politics by CEO. CEO always use HR or VP shoulder to target employees so he remain good in employees eyes. CEO always say...come to me for any concern but never give you honest opinion. What is beneficial for CEO, its his reply. He never gave honest opinion to employees. CEO sir, please be a good HUMAN instead of good WRITER.

There is no job security and no opportunity for growth. Whole year they don't say anything about the performance but at the time of increment they said you perfomance is not good so we will not able to give you the increment and sometimes they said currently our financial were not good so we can't gave raise. Lot of politics, management is not good.
