there is politics in every department, backbiting, no equality, no equal appreciation & increment & so on

Shift timings are good and flexible. No work pressure except for 4-5 days.

Dislikes

Culture is not good. High level politics and backbiting. No strict HR policies for wrong behaviour. Management is partial. Team leads are dependent on old employees. Managers themselves accept that there is no career growth. Appraisals are very less.

Very very toxic work culture, poor management, Higher management people don’t know how to improve business , creating more complicating, irresponsible behaviour to the junior of upper seniors .Totally worst experience in this company.
