Thriving in TechMantra is all about learning and building connections that will help you in the long run. The company offers its employees exposure to the whole IT landscape in GCC where you can discover many new verticals in the industry that you thought didn't exist. I am thoroughly enjoying my time here learning about the IT landscape in GCC and I would recommend TechMantra to those who are willing to learn and thrive in a competitive environment.

It is not something that I dislike, however, the company is growing fast and those who are joining the company need to have a broader perspective on their career growth and should plan for the long term in order to thrive. And also the company needs to streamline the growth process which they are already trying to accomplish.
