No appreciation even you work more then required. Too much political gameplay. If you bend your knees before managers then your job is secure. If you give resignation then you will become a outsider. How much experience you have that is waste even a intern come from Head office you have to listen to them. Because people seating in head office they become superior to you even they don’t know any subject or experience.

Tech Mahindra smart Academy for healthcare is good and quality producty manufacture, and , so many people are receiving this product. Tech Mahindra company Teammates are supportive and the management also. The company rules and timings are so much and all employees and faculty every minute every important of every person. This is so important in my life .
