...ue good employees. Pay hike and everything related to compensation is atrocious. The salary was deducted by a good amount during covid despite the organisation doing well. If you're joining it's best if you're billed from day one else your salary takes a hit if not billable. They have a ridiculous slab structure for non billability which affects your salary based on the number of months on bench. Not enough onsite opportunities.

... a job and as you are doing, keep doing it. Less micro management from managers. Salary we get. But hikes are not there. Before and after corona no difference. Work - life balance depends on project.

Poor salary hike/correction. ONly happens at joining time.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."
