I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Dislikes

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.

Joined 13 years before with 12 lakhs and current sal is 18 25 percent variable pay which is not guaranteed Not many options for sr profiles from manager/architect onwards Project allocation is there but you will not get any support. Highly paid people will be at high risk as project team ask your salary before they conder you. Major client is at&t No long term projects. Getting new project is always difficult

I like the work culture in techm.

Dislikes

Due to company lose HR has deducted our variable pay for P1 band for this year. On Augest they have paid very minimal amount that also they have deducted in this month which is not correct. If company is facing lose then it should be shared among all the employees not only P1 band above. this is not correct.

Work life balance. Client interaction & exposure and on-site opportunity.

Dislikes

Salary is the main concerns despite being loyal and working hard. Salary is not upto market standard and the way long process of appraisal.

Good environment for working, lots of onsite opportunities. and good learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Compensation growth is not managed well. Even though you are working on niche skills and good performance, you are not guaranteed to get good compensation.
