They don't provide Internet and mobile reimbursement, they don't provide gifts and extra bonus on holidays like Holi Diwali Christmas and New Year, non providing welcome gifts. You have to Mark attendance daily.

Team efforts matters a lot in TechM. It is not about the individual performance but the overall team effort plays vital role in Techmahindra. Entire team operates at same place where we can have more interaction with our associates

The compensation was reasonable.

Work environment was terrible, my team was under constant pressure with no end to the tunnel. I personally did oncall for months in a row and was called atleast 2-3 times each night. I myself found a position internally in satyam for Australia but it was blocked by management. I still get nightmares of my time in satyam.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
