Policies are worst. There is no job security for VBA Developer. HR team is useless. Bench policy is meaning less. Wash rooms are not working properly. There is no central bench. Projects are scraps and there is no proper KT and SPOC.

They interviewed me in one position and ask questions on core technology. The project I am working is totally irrelevant. The project I am working is not for carrier growth. Team is in toxic environment with no support from management. Too much politics. Unrealistic timelines and sprints. Non professional speeches during calls .

One and only positive part is if you are in project then you will get your variable pay otherwise forget your 10% variable pay.

Dislikes

HR policy ( Retention Policy ) is very much worst & furious.If your manager wants reten you please be sure that you are in trouble or red zone for next year. Don't believe in manager & HR's verbal communication, because next year they will demand proof of your discussion. HR will showcase his/her color in next appraisal cycle. I am the victim of such situation. If you will raise concern about retention policy then very next day Manager will release you from project. Request you please don't believe HR & Manager blindly.Always keep all of your discussions through written communication. Thank GOD I got an offer letter and resigned from the company when they released from the project.

Collegues and Campus. Infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

Managers,compensation, HR. Company don't value it's employee. The Manager, PM , GH are not of much use. appraisal process is just for namesake, believe me in my almost 8 years with TechM it happened to be only 5 appraisal cycles. Project politics and favourims is at every level. HR ? Are there any. HR is just a symbolic position there. If you have any query , better to consult your colleagues or senior rather then going to so called HR persons.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
