Everything and worst part are the supervisors. They are just disgusting. Please dont spoil your career by joining this company even if they pay you alot and give you a very high post

There is nothing to like in TechM. The only positive is that many food stall, shops are there at the outside and you can easily get that with a fair price.

...not meeting the target. 3. Heavy pressure in work. No night shift allowances. 4. Less salary, even a food stall owner earning more than this. Alteast Kolkata branch. 5. Disgusting work culture, they will call you for work related things in week offs. 6. There is nothing for self improvement. Like any course or something. 7. Politics over promotion. Those who had not met there target they are getting promotions. Internal posting. 8. In wfh it is impossible to reach HR for any issue. They will come if anything wrong dine by yoh and to give you warning. 9. And many miscellaneous negative things you will face at Tech Mahindra Kolkata only, rest branches, I don't know.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. And finely thankyou for giving me this oppercuinity.

It's good experiance working in tech Mahindra .teammates are supportive Nice place to work and lots of new thing I have learn . Good work environment and culture.appraisals were ok company policy are good
