good place to learn lots of things... You get a lot of exposure professionally.... The major drawback is salary. It is extremely low as compared to the market. The increment won't even get you peanuts.

Good work environment and culture Their policy of delivering the salary in the end of month is the only thing which is utmost satisfying.

Salary comes on time & brand value

No promotions, salary hike, no bonuses. Rewards recognitions system is poor Team engagement activities are nil cause company doesn't want to spend on such things. Everything is transactional.

They will make you work like animals and you will get very less salary. For SME it's worst even if you are an associate you can earn something from perks and incentives.

There is nothing to like because of WFH during COVID I stayed in this company for long but now I am looking for options.
