Make the appraisal worst and but the higher management have the best salary figures though they are not revenues enablers ... Attrition rate is very high which they don't care . Dear board members please consider my review and give good hikes to people who stay for long years

Compensation, No salary hikes will be given. Join with good package after you won't see any salary hikes. In terms of compensation and skill development I won't suggest this company

The company consistently made timely salary payments, showing reliability and professionalism. Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.

Career development is very good in tech mahindra also techmahindra provide jobs to understand graduates who are pursuing distance education.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very bad in tech mahindra, no matter what position you get your salary wont increase as per the position and experience, and they provide hp laptops and they hang a lot, being an MIS i felt like they should provide better laptops to the people who work on heavy task, the performance of the laptops are very poor.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

Dislikes

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.
