...effective. Intentions of management appear quite encroaching towards employee . Company dont hesitate of cutting down 100% of variable pay and most of appraisal amount whatever amount it is, will come in variable pay . Bottom line is its not a place to stay longer otherwise your CTC will be way behind of your mates in other company . They put almost 20-25% of your pay in Variable pay and find tricks to cut this off . Its ridiculous and pathetic .

Working for client Cisco. And the work culture is very nice, no work pressure at all so maintaining personal life nicely. My delivery manager and project manager are very very nice guys. They are very supportive in nature related to wprk issues and all. The best thing I could say that, the trainings on new technologies for freshers as well for experienced are quite good as compare to other companies.

Compensation is not that much satisfactory. If I work for weekend Production support activity no extra compensation but comp off we can take for that.

...TC and anytime they can deduct or cut your PLI even after your 100% performance. You don't get appraisal however in the name of companies bad performance u can loose ur in hand salary also which is their policy. They hire for one thing and they make you to do something else. Don't fall for it, go through JD thoroughly and ask all the doubts before making any decision. They will always find a way to cut your salary be ready for it. Genuine suggestion look for other company though we know now the IT culture become worst however this company even doesn't deserve to be considered for at least 1% In short be ready to be slave of management and they can make u to act as they wish irrespective of your qualification or background.

...creasing they will fell u like ur unfit to do any job, they will demotivate you. 👎No ethics and value, No equality,No paid leaves, No promotions,No salary hike,No work life balance, and very less salary ☹️ U will only get hike or promotion when ur favour with TL, otherwise they will be rude with you They will force you to login 1hr before and logout after 1hr , as already our working hours is 9.50 🫠. Only night shifts, no night allowances,

There is nothing to like its full of torture to be in this organisation.they will not recognise you and they will always scold us for what we ever did and they blame us dialy for that mistake.Its inappropriate to talk like that to the employees.

... have ro stay.the worst horrible thing is that they didnt even send to washroom.Moreovee there will be no growth in this orgnisation no salary or incentives or shift allowance we have to work until our battery is dead eveeyday.
