Nothing to like about the traning.

- Was selected from the campus placement and was told about the internship which turned out to be a full time training with a trainer allotted to us -the trainer was not at all good 6 months just wasted from work from home and no new skills learned - the offer letter we got after 6 months of training had to be 2 years of bond and pay 1lak if we break it - additional they provide us retention bonus which we were supposed to pay if we leave the company after 24 months to 6 months , so basically it was for 30 months and this was not mentioned before for during the offer letter. - if you have experience pls don't join this company

... Hand for this job.This job is not improve my life and no benefits in my family.My on day salary is 4 singapore dollars and i have four years experience in this job.

1. No salary hikes for last 2 years 2. Blame game culture. 3. Senior management dictates company politics 4. Scape goat is made of those who are not sucking up.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment

They won't fire you, but they'll create such environment where employees will resign by themselves.

Dislikes

No salary hike since last 4yrs. Too much micro-management inside team. Client will make you work for 20hrs, and management will support that without any questions. No reward system. Company won't spend single penny on you other than salary.
