There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I don't dislike anything about the company but yeah your manager is most important role in job.He is main key who plays vital role in work culture.

...t location or different city. If u raise concern they treat u like daily wagers. No hike in salary no worklife balance

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good
