It is a worst place to work.... there is no work life balance....compensation nd benefits are horrible...the management of tech Mahindra is the worst part

The management of tech Mahindra is worst.. they charge too much for transport which should be free ....nd they provide horrible nd unsafe transport facilities.

I have my IT Career with TECH MAHINDRA. Its my home, if I can say. They don't give you huge Salary but that is not what you should be looking for as a fresher. Here you can Grow and Learn at some level that you will utilize for the rest of your life. Tech Mahindra saved me, my career, my home ..everything, I am forever grateful.

Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.
