Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."
