Overall good company but have to work on paying good increment and attention to colleagues at client location.

Doesn't pay attention to the needs and requirements of members working at client location.

Nothing to like about the traning.

- Was selected from the campus placement and was told about the internship which turned out to be a full time training with a trainer allotted to us -the trainer was not at all good 6 months just wasted from work from home and no new skills learned - the offer letter we got after 6 months of training had to be 2 years of bond and pay 1lak if we break it - additional they provide us retention bonus which we were supposed to pay if we leave the company after 24 months to 6 months , so basically it was for 30 months and this was not mentioned before for during the offer letter. - if you have experience pls don't join this company

Learning curve in Tech Mahindra is very good. I learned a lot while i was working there in Tech M. I really like all the managers who guided me well and also supported me while i was down.

Salary and bonus. being in TechM i should not expect about money other than knowledge

very less career growth, no good salary or hikes, Threatening about, job Lot of Disrespect, Always demotivates the companies senior management, a lot of politics, No equal opportunities, Managers maintain lot inequality in shifts of employees
