There is nothing to like in Tech Mahindra. Only to showcase they have associates, they need us. Company thinks employees are a waste product, fir for nothing.

...ourage in growth. 5. In the name of 8 hrs they make us work for almost 9hr. 6. Salary in offer letter is different and what we get is what begggers get road side. 7. No healthy environment. 8. Collogue smoke and smell so bad that other's feel suffocating. 9. PROCESS is not thought correctly and direct work is pressured in newbies. 10. If work mistakes happens then TL shout (yell) front of all the employees and other TL insult very badly. 11. They say rotational but mostly night' shifts.

...g mentality. 2. Non payment of performance incentives/ variables historically 3. Post resignations almost 2 quarters of bonus will remain unpaid (last 3 months notice period and 3 months prior)

No likes as of now at client location. The company is interested only in billing. The client treats employees as sl*v*s.

...e favourites of management get off on weekend if you are in rotational shift. 3. They provide only yearly salary breakup in your offer letter. No monthly salary breakup is provided. The real game is hidden in variable pay. What they promise, they never give you in your net take home salary. 4. Promotion, 5. Job Security, 6. Skill Development all depends on who is management's favourite. Same as in the most of the organizations. 7. You re doing repeatedly the same useless tasks and the management is there to make your life more miserable by giving you more and more meaning less tasks just to keep client happy to show them that employees are always busy.
