Learning curve in Tech Mahindra is very good. I learned a lot while i was working there in Tech M. I really like all the managers who guided me well and also supported me while i was down.

Salary and bonus. being in TechM i should not expect about money other than knowledge

Nothing to like so cruel to employee they don't even bother to take care off employee they need a money printer With no profit sharing

...s saying that you are senior and we can't handle you.. Work for years no hike .. but the same canteen food price will be increased more than the same employee salary..hike % "Pakka Marwadi" organization

No promotions or appraisals since last 3 cycles and now they are reducing the variable payout to 80% too.. Firstly the salary being paid is very less and on top there are no promotions or appraisals and when asked why, the leadership team doesn't have an answer. Very bad team management. On top this cut on variable pay too. Too bad and extremely disheartening. TechM never fails to disappoint its employees

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
