Salary, Extremely poor L & D. Beyond pathetic incompetent HR. No appraisal for years. Rei,bursement is a nightmare. 1700 century mindset. Certain regional lobbies are well entrenched and can turn night into day

If I'm to list the things not right with tech m then the list will never end. Firstly the management is so toxic and poor that good employees will never be able to survive in the long run Those who survive or stay back probably does that because of the comfort zone that they have over efficiency. The coffee machines don't work , Irregular LOP's Constant micro management They ask you to apply leave from your bucket and then also compensate for the day you took off (basically for the TL's targets), which makes no sense. When Anand Mahindra came , it was all talk and no show, for diwali gift i have even seen few of my colleagues get bonus of 1 rs. 😂 The management i was working for was surely not good and i feel it's pretty much the same for most of the projects

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

Till now nothing... I would recommend everyone, not to join unless you are completely jobless and need atleast something to survive...

Almost everything, including the management, work life balance, salary benefits etc, nowhere you will find satisfaction, not even 30%...

Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.
