Work place is good .but hierarchy level is very tough.upper level managers are stopping the lower associatesbto grow up

Dislikes

Every thing is bad except timely salary .no performance bonus without a big target and criteria fixed by upper managers

To be honest it depends upon the project. I am in Verizon project and there is no rules and regulations. They do what want to do and if you will raise voice they will audit your chats and give u ZTP

Dislikes

In this Verizon process there are many people who are facing salary issue. Your bonus and OT amount get stuck if you do not have good contact with upper department. They do no provide email access to employees to raise voice or have anything documented. When you will say that anything was promised to you . They will ask do you have any proof.

Salary provides on time.

Dislikes

Management is not good. Bell canada process is the waste of time. Mr. Gurmeet (Empid 38838) way to talk is not good, rude behave so i want to resign the job. Neech insan hai "tu" bolkar bat karta hai.

#Lack of Communication. #Unfair Pay. #Managers are useless, all friendship is going inside the process or departments. #Mr. Mahindra has to keep a sharp eye on Managers specially on SmithsNews process. #Every manager is playing his own card irrespective of values and ethics of company.
