Opportunities to learn new things is limited. Very difficult to change projects and location.

The best part of working here is you will get most young people working in teams as people with some experience leave this company and they even don't get retained. Also, you may get onsite opportunity early.

Dislikes

The worst thing about this company to start career with, it offers least package to a fresher in comparison to it top competitors. Also, once joined just forget about appraisal and career growth, you won't get any of them. They don't care about your work-life balance and even if you perform good there would be nobody to encourage/appreciate you.

Salary on time. Their old clients, which stay with in their critical situation like saytam fraud happened.

Dislikes

Internal politics, no appraisals, no new projects, single employee projects, lots of harassment for reducing team size.

You will be fine as long as you're tagged to some project.

No salary hikes, no individual recognition, no clear project guidelines, poor management (the worst). If you encounter any problems during your work, no one will help you; you're on your own

... software engineer joined as fresher and who has been working here since 4 yrs. And my salary is still basic pay that other companies offer to an intern. Though I worked under a good project over 3 yrs and got apprised from client but got zero recognition from techM. And surprised that I'm marked as bench for 60 days n the hr forced me to resign.Manager is too rude to female employees who asks leave for marriage or maternity. Asking to take voluntary break in career. No opportunities to explore. Stop being a rock and move out for better opportunities outside. Say big NO for this company if u want to start a career or a newbie in IT.
