If you are working in services and deployed in client location there is very less support, no growth, no plan for development, the increment cycle is just a process no real outcome. 4. Notice period(90 days) is non-negotiable, even if the customer is ready to release they won't.

-Hiring process ,variable component in ctc which is not properly explained while hiring. -Hiring for team lead position but responsibility not provided and giving designation of senior associate.( Not mentioning team lead on offer letter) - Multiple platforms to enhance skill promoted but reducing access/no access provided because company don't has money to give to platform ( Udemy) etc -Dry promotion ,late promotion -No Appraisal/ Delay appraisal -Frequent layoff / bench movement - Medical insurance not sufficient and multiple restrictions on claim amount. - variable pay calculation not transperant, it stop of when person resign and on notice period
