...ut received offer letter after 2 months and was asked to join within 2 weeks. 2. Did not receive any hike in salary during my tenure. 3. If you are working in services and deployed in client location there is very less support, no growth, no plan for development, the increment cycle is just a process no real outcome. 4. Notice period(90 days) is non-negotiable, even if the customer is ready to release they won't.

-On time salary credit -Extra 5 lac of medical insurance benefits can be claimed ( in name of trust)in case of critical health emergency and si exhaust however the premium amount of rs 200 deducts from associate salary each month.

-Hiring process ,variable component in ctc which is not properly explained while hiring. -Hiring for team lead position but responsibility not provided and giving designation of senior associate.( Not mentioning team lead on offer letter) - Multiple platforms to enhance skill promoted but reducing access/no access provided because company don't has money to give to platform ( Udemy) etc -Dry promotion ,late promotion -No Appraisal/ Delay appraisal -Frequent layoff / bench movement - Medical insurance not sufficient and multiple restrictions on claim amount. - variable pay calculation not transperant, it stop of when person resign and on notice period
