Learning curve in Tech Mahindra is very good. I learned a lot while i was working there in Tech M. I really like all the managers who guided me well and also supported me while i was down.

Salary and bonus. being in TechM i should not expect about money other than knowledge

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before with you cannot resign
