No work life balance Bad managers No support from managers Make you work 20 hours they don’t bother even if you die working No promotion or salary hike. You get 3,4 % hike Managers like people who does buttering and who are from same region. People who belong from other states managers does not support. For leave also you have to beg . They don’t allow leaves. Also it should be planned 1 month before.

...ame techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. Make us do so much work , put so much pressure and won't give time to improve yourself , salary is so less according to the work they make us do

No personal touch. Lot of pressure. Management just like to talk about work. No sick leave policy Incentives has been revised Instead of increament they are demotivating Since Covid 2020 first time we have received hike in salary. I would request you specially for bpo in techmahindra for commerce zone try to perform medical test like cholesterol, sugar and bp 90% population are on medicine and struggling for health issues

Biased and Partial. No growth at all. Political Environment. Salary is like 1/4th of Market demand. In the name of IJP there is a salary increment of 200 rupees. For promotions they don't need hard working people only needs buttering. They won't give you leaves in your emergency as well. Job security is poor.

The process movement is not good at all in techmahindra. As movements are causing again ang again and no specific proper work security.
