Everything no professionalism no appraisal no salary satisfaction no job security as they pick you without on paper and now you cannot go back to the previous role and giving 200 percent still its not enough
Work pressure, there's no increament,
No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good.
Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters.
If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.
Salary increament is very low and management is very bad. Not much employee centric and don’t give preference to employees social and personal life. Pressurized and negative environment. Bad policies about leaves
To be honest it depends upon the project. I am in Verizon project and there is no rules and regulations. They do what want to do and if you will raise voice they will audit your chats and give u ZTP
In this Verizon process there are many people who are facing salary issue. Your bonus and OT amount get stuck if you do not have good contact with upper department.
They do no provide email access to employees to raise voice or have anything documented.
When you will say that anything was promised to you . They will ask do you have any proof.
