I work in a customer service department and it's a chat process. In my process, we can do work from home if can't come to the office due to any reason or in any emergency. I will say there is flexibility in my process.

The salary isn't good. They tell you a particular amount, your in-hand salary, but that's not true. The variable amount is included there, and in hand, the salary is less than you were told. Now, you have to meet targets to earn your money. Let's assume you complete your targets, then there will be a test every month; if you fail that, forget the money which they are giving you as an incentive.

Hr's are selfish....one hr named shubam is so selfish that I kept on telling him that I was not satisfied with my salary.... he kept on giving me false hope to increase it... but never did....later had to leave on doj.... hopeless

Daily hiring, less educated requirements only communication for those who are still pursuing or can not study further more.

Misbehave, attitude, lack of transparency, salary delay and deduction, no facilities except one side cab in night ( with driver's attitude)

Don't believe to insensitive that u will get that with your pay bcoz till i didn't get which is of BBD, one more thing citrix software i Don't like at all on which i have do work because not at all smooth software. Thanks

First of all a very good experience from Tech Mahindra because of OT incentives, salary on time, great support from TL and SMEs...Gained new experience.

Didn't gave my salary of the month July (5 days)..process changes immediately as per requirement...no job security like whenever they want they can make you leave which is the most disappointing point. They don't even clarify our doubts bcoz they only don't have clearity regarding any issue.
