Doesn't value to tenure employee. Company is ready to hire people on higher package but can't offer the same to those who are tenure and working on same position. Appraisals are equal to April Fool only. Sorry to say this but fact

Good for freehers for gaining some experience but should avoid working for more than a year or two at the max. Job security is good.

Dislikes

Very poor with salary compensation. No learning opportunities or skill development as per market requirements. Internal politics at the management level. Management has favouritism and is biased. Cab service is the worst.

I love the fact that am one of the person in the Technical supporting staff as a trainer., There is a lot of scope for improving Interpersonal skills, leadership and managing Skills.,communication .Helps to build overallgrowth as Few managers are very supportive guiding us in proper way to imorove our carreer .Company really helped me way a path for me

Compensation is low.However overall growth is good apart from salary.

Salary .. I am happy that I was getting handsome amount at every month end .

Everything .. there is high level of job dissatisfaction. Cheep politics. Cheep people. U can learning from that company. Even college drop out can b at senior level in that company. Diploma holder can be trainer.they have no commitment towards their employees. There is no one who can answer Ur quarry.

There is nothing to like its full of torture to be in this organisation.they will not recognise you and they will always scold us for what we ever did and they blame us dialy for that mistake.Its inappropriate to talk like that to the employees.

... have ro stay.the worst horrible thing is that they didnt even send to washroom.Moreovee there will be no growth in this orgnisation no salary or incentives or shift allowance we have to work until our battery is dead eveeyday.
