No salary hike. No promotions. Favoritism. No matter how much efforts you put only thing you can get is some award. No proper communication from hr. No proper management. Hybrid work policy made mandtory but not implemented where dome people are forced to come to office and other didn't even go one or twice and only thing we get is we are monitoring. No good projects or new projects

If tech mahindra listen to their employees then that would be the greatest thing about it

I have started my career in tech mahindra as a fresher it is like 3years now and my first package was 3.25 lpa and after 3years also it is 3.6lpa this is how techmahindra honouring their employees without increments and hikes. Kindly think about it and do some justice to the employees like us.

Chill life if you want to enjoy without doing any work then do join tech Mahindra.

1. No projects 2. Projects are not allocated as per the tech stack. 3. No hike. 4. Pathetic management 5. Do not join indian mnc specially tach mahindra they will screw your carrier like anything. 6. Bench system is not good.

No hikes , no appraisals ,no development., having 3.2 years of experience but still working for a freshers salary. That's the reality in tech Mahindra . My personal advice is don't prefer tech Mahindra, waste of time.

No hikes, very disheartening for freshers as there is no growth in salary even after 3-4 years ,salary would be lesser than average fresher's salary in the market, if u join here as a fresher.
