Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment

Nothing yet, May be if you want to relax, this is better, as they won't have any challenging work. All you can do is work for you ticket for some time and finish it off. The time spent on the office work will be really less.

Shouting, screaming and blame shift is very normal in day to day life. * Seniors will behave in a way they own you, they have bought you for that cheap salary they provide. * Office politics is very concerning. One who has not been in this type of culture will start to hate everything about the culture.

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

Salary is too low as compared to Current market everyone is crying, from top to bottom designation. No promotion, it's depends upon manager why manager promote a employee who is doing there job, if they promote you, your work is going to change and they don't want this. They need to focus on promotion. And salary
