Some people are helpful based on project

Dislikes

No salary hike. No promotions. Favoritism. No matter how much efforts you put only thing you can get is some award. No proper communication from hr. No proper management. Hybrid work policy made mandtory but not implemented where dome people are forced to come to office and other didn't even go one or twice and only thing we get is we are monitoring. No good projects or new projects

...e favourites of management get off on weekend if you are in rotational shift. 3. They provide only yearly salary breakup in your offer letter. No monthly salary breakup is provided. The real game is hidden in variable pay. What they promise, they never give you in your net take home salary. 4. Promotion, 5. Job Security, 6. Skill Development all depends on who is management's favourite. Same as in the most of the organizations. 7. You re doing repeatedly the same useless tasks and the management is there to make your life more miserable by giving you more and more meaning less tasks just to keep client happy to show them that employees are always busy.
