Poor work life balance, unofficially they will ask us to work, Height of drama on CTC & cheap strategy on salary break up. Salary not up to the standard.

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay
