When the issues in the project are reported the management doesn't interfere and take necessary steps to control the damage. Whatever the client says becomes final without any query and response. Worst management practices. Never join this company unless there is a compulsion.

No cab facility in odd hours , for female employee. no salary growth , no promotion eve 7 years of employement, no remushment for relocation .no skill development program.favouratism of upper management and clients.

Flexible working hours depends on projects. All are average here. Monday to Friday work . Leave policy .

Low salary not upgraded based on the market standards. Not properly following appraisal cycle, they will do review but not released appraisal letter on time . Poor appraisal percentage. In some projects their job is not safe if you take ENS Projects

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."
