Here in TechM work pressure is not there mostly as per my experience it is smooth and very functional organisation in terms of work. People are also helpful here like my reporting manager and etc.

Salary as per my job designation is not that good and as per increment it is also very slow here. Salary and benefits could be better here if they work on it.

No likes as of now at client location. The company is interested only in billing. The client treats employees as sl*v*s.

...e favourites of management get off on weekend if you are in rotational shift. 3. They provide only yearly salary breakup in your offer letter. No monthly salary breakup is provided. The real game is hidden in variable pay. What they promise, they never give you in your net take home salary. 4. Promotion, 5. Job Security, 6. Skill Development all depends on who is management's favourite. Same as in the most of the organizations. 7. You re doing repeatedly the same useless tasks and the management is there to make your life more miserable by giving you more and more meaning less tasks just to keep client happy to show them that employees are always busy.

During the Covid, when everyone was losing their job, company didn't fire us so that is the best about the company.

There's also a concerning culture where being unaware of new technologies is normalized, coupled with a lack of diversity in the field.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
