It has salary on time and it's has UK shift also for sales incentives are fair but not that easy to achieve. Too much of stress and pressure. When it was Three (Captive) that was the only best moment enjoyed and felt like second home and enjoyed work work pressure was less targets were easily achieveable. Obe thing I liked during covid Tech M was fantastic they never dumped ny employee.

Dislikes

Incentive deduction if you are unwell and you r not able to work then you loose your hard earn money even if you are unable to make it even for a day and if it's more than a day and lets say you have almost achieved the target then it's a biggest demotivating thing. Work life balance will not that be great. Amazing pressure you ll be able to see. If you are new joinee initially you'll enjoy for few months then once you are live on the floor then you'll see the change that will start stressing you.

...nce my family and respected them to the core. Politics played by TOMS specially. They just wait for an opportunity to deduct employees salary n perks. Company has eaten 20k from me for no reason without any proof which erged me to resign after 12 years. Happy now I made the right decision to resign from TMBS. Would never recommend TMBS to anyone.

Everything no professionalism no appraisal no salary satisfaction no job security as they pick you without on paper and now you cannot go back to the previous role and giving 200 percent still its not enough

Work pressure, there's no increament, No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good. Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters. If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.

There are ample opportunities of growth and the work culture is also satisfactory

As such there is nothing i can put under dislike section however pay scale can be improved as per rival organisations in the market
