Office politics, sick mentality of manager, very poor growth both in terms of career and compensation, no work life balance, even freshers are blamed for everything about work, which he/she might have no idea about.

No doubt Tech Mahindra is very good company for freshers but as we grow up , the salary hike is comparatively less. Work culture is great.gym, swimming pool, TT,billiards, chess carom is all freely available.

Chill life if you want to enjoy without doing any work then do join tech Mahindra.

1. No projects 2. Projects are not allocated as per the tech stack. 3. No hike. 4. Pathetic management 5. Do not join indian mnc specially tach mahindra they will screw your carrier like anything. 6. Bench system is not good.
