Salary is too low as compared to Current market everyone is crying, from top to bottom designation. No promotion, it's depends upon manager why manager promote a employee who is doing there job, if they promote you, your work is going to change and they don't want this. They need to focus on promotion. And salary

Only the brand name you can put in your CV, there are nothing to be liked.

...Poor management and leadership skills. 3. 16 hours a day work in the project. 4. Work on the weekends as well if requirements is there without overtime, compensation. 5. If you shut down your machine after your office time they will call you directly into tour personal number. 6. So, any HR reach to you for immediate join just hang up the call, or face the same consequences. 7. It’s ruined my health and overall interests in the IT field.

Nothing is good about techmahindra electronic City phase 2. It was my terrible decesion to join this company.

...t is the most terrible thing of TechM. Washrooms are dirty Food quality is bad. Even though we pay and eat, the outlets are serving bad foods. In the night shift I have encountered even stale food. Compliant about it but no action taken.

After being released from a project, you will have a two-month bench period. If you are unable to secure another project during this time, they will request your resignation.

Tech Mahindra have work life balance .get variable pay every month that's the bonus point.

Learning is very less . Higher people play more politics than work . Work done by one person but creadit give to leads .project management is very worst. No one listens junior problems.
