I would like to say this company is not for any apriciation candidates have no work life balance in the company just do tge projects and go for second jobs there is no such reliever for any candidate if he is not at site so he can handle in the absence of you.

There is no such technique to do projects execution. in the name of tranning only bond processes are there to hold the candidate not for learning skills it is a pathetic company i will not say company it is like a shop everyone can do anything in the machinery without knowing about it.

Very Very bad work culture. There is No Job safety, you will be thrown out from company just like a fly from tea. Here you will feel like you are a donkey even you have 30 years of experience with major beverages industry. It's a Lala (Gujju Marwari) company not a Pvt Ltd company its joint venture company with a Chinese organization. You always feel like you are trapped in this organization, and you will start applying job within 1 st day of joining. Take my words seriously otherwise you will feel the consequence after joining.
