Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

They were not at all supporting. In june month they started deducting salary saying we will not fire anyone so these deductions are happening but in september month they started calling employees to put resignation. They dont stick to their commitments.

The only thing I like in Techdata would be my current profile wherein I manage Global System Integrators ..and have been very much successful in penetrating the given set of partners through proper mapping and aligning deals with Techdata .

Dislikes

The way company treat its employees, especially in the operations department as slave. At end of month and at end of quarter the employee have to work until one or two clock in the night.even on normal days one has to work till 8 or 9 clock. When there is appraisal, the employee in the same operational department is not get more except 5 to 6% And here we don’t get promotions in operations department. Very pathetic company
