First, they will pay you below the industry standard, then they will make you sign the bond, and finally one day they will call you in the cabin and ask you to leave the job." An advice to management: "You are trusting an HR ho doesn't know standard HR metrics and KPIs and you are expecting her to lead your team. Please change your mindset welcome new ideas, only then your company will grow. Only if you want your company to grow."

Please note that all the Good Comments and Remarks you will see about this company is all forcefully submitted by the employee who are currently working in this company, they force their employees to put good feedbacks on Job sites and Google . But there is a big NO to join this company..The person who worked here everyone..Each one will say that this is the worst company I have worked for.. Firstly you have no personal life of you work for TA Msg/ Techalpha Group LLC, Bavi Mumbai. The Management itself here are the worst kind of men's in the world, women's won't feel safe around them, your Phones, your Laptops could be checked anytime forcefully and Lunch Time only ladies and adult things would get discussed by management CEO itself. Advice is to please do not join this worst company in the world. They will force you to sign a contract that you can not work for any other company after leaving this company and they will ask you to sign the contract every year so you have no choice being a slave for them, yes they treat their employees more badly then a slave being treated.

I have started my journey with Techalpha before 2 months i am a new joiner. I'm so glad that i got such a wonderful & cool people around me, i feel very much familiar with them within such a short period. The work culture is great here, every day i am learning new things from my seniors. Looking forward to learn more.

There is nothing which i dislike about Techalpha. I'm not saying this because i am the employee of this company but everything feels perfect for me.

They really work on employee’s overall development from personality well being to their personal developments. Enhancing skills apart from work like involving their emplyees in sports other creative activities as well.

I enjoy the collaborative nature of my workplace and being surrounded by passionate coworkers. The freedom to handle my workload and schedule is something I really appreciate.
