...ortive and transparent . There is a good cafeteria for to get refresh mind set . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike And bonus every year.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Here I Opportunities to learn new things and brush up my skills. For freshers everybody ask experience but nobody giving chance to take experience. But tech active trust on freshers skills and giving them chance to wok.

Dislikes

Rare celebrations and no team outings. But nowadays they are improving.

This is a nice place for freshers because here you will get a chance to work individually on a single project which will helps a lot to improve your skill by self learning . As they don't have any training team so you will be responsible to implement all project requirement.

Dislikes

Lake of training and benefits. And they keep open office on Saturday also.

Can able to learn more because even for fresher they will assign work from live project. If your enthusiasm in working,it's better company.

Dislikes

Untill finish of assigned work they will be back of you, even working hours is complete. You can't chit chat in side office. You should not use mobile, inside the office.
