Cool environment, you will feel like you are in a family, though it's a target based job, but you won't feel that pressure, I worked there for a year almost.

The only thing which is not attractive that is salary, you have to negotiate a lot for that salary.

Everything i guess the work culture, team, Management, The way supportive everyone also available for employees. Pretty good with leaves and flexibility.😌
