They, Pam Morris set me up To fail. No official training. I was supposed to read SOP‘s to comprehend the whole dynamics of the company and just start working and be proficient in my job after two weeks Pam Morris the president told me It was not working out. And she let me go she did tell me I was a great person and promised me a week of severance pay which she reneged on. Absolute terrible experience. Shame on people like her I quit my job to come on board with these people shame on her.

It's well organised reputed contract company which presently undertaken contracts in ESsAR pillet plant Visakhapatnam. And working since decade . Registered as small scale industry with 1cr turnover. And well maintained team and worker friendly company with timely salaries and incriments and many .... safety first is the company moto and worker welfare is the pillar of success of Power Engineering works. I sincerely take an opportunity to give all credits to proprietor Mallem Madhusudhan Rao garu.
