Providing platform to individuals by placing them on various project roles in IT companies like TCS, HCL, Infosys, etc. The individual gets a chance to learn and gain experience in the field they are choosen for.

The companies where the posting is done should enroll you in their direct payroll to gain more compensation.

Happy to be part of Teamware solutions. Great support from HR buddies. Leave policy is great. if we talked prior about the leaves (12+16) with the organization its wide and enough leave policy.

Dislikes

It Would be great if they provide proper increment and hike on time. Also they should consider providing extra beneficiary support like medical insurance for family(we can pay for it). Regarding Leave policy TWS should be transparent to employee and the clients.. to us they said 28 days(12+16) but to my client they accepted only for 12 days leave.
