Team Pumpkin provides decent salary and appraisals are given on a timely basis. There is an ample opportunity to learn but it is through self-grooming only. The agency gives a platform to prove one's calibre. There were some morons during my tenure however, 85% of the team has changed now. Work timings have always been flexible.

The pay is good and you get to interact with good clients.

Dislikes

Poor management, resource management issues. Expect to be on call even if it's 2am on a weekend, because there is no distinction between professional and personal lives.

There are ample of stuff. Most of their clients are relationship clients which means in some way or the other they are related to the CEO of the company therefore this gives the authority to them to not treat us in a right way. The upper management keep bringing work of their friends and families and except employees to work for it free of cost after the working hours. The Group Account Manager lacks industrial knowledge and how things work in an agency basically all the upper management people have no prior experience in advertising they have a sales guy working as a business head for them. Most of the people lack the quality of work and it is expected from CS to teach them. Their resources is very less and they keep on bringing more and more work eventually leaving us to work whole night continuously for days. They pass an order with their own whims and fancies like they stopped WFH just like that because they thought employees should be practically their in the office so that they can throw more and more work. Even the HR manager have issues. If you go to an HR to discuss something they will tell this to your manager and then you are called out and bashed about it. The company owners are so miser that they even ask money from the employees if they are parking their vehicles in the office parking.

Friendly and approachable colleagues. Job security. Good learning opportunities

Dislikes

Even though there are fixed timings, employees are still encouraged to work late or take work home. Management takes up last minute work and oversells, putting extra pressure on the bottom level employees. Level of learning depends on your manager. Appraisals are fair and promotions happen every year, but the increments aren't great. Sometimes, you will need to work on weekends and many times work late at night to meet deadlines. Work from home is available on 2 days of the week, but whether you get this privilege or not depends entirely on your manager (many managers don't want to give employees work from home).
